All rates are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are at the discretion of the guest.

Reservations and Deposits
A 50% deposit is due within one week of making the reservation in the form of a personal check or money order. The remaining 50% is due prior to November 1, 2006. In the event of a cancellation, the room portion is refundable provided that notice of cancellation is given prior to two weeks to the arrival. If within the two weeks, refund is based solely on whether or not the room is re-rented. A cancellation fee of $25 is accessed on every cancellation and refund. The Polar Express tickets are completely non-refundable.
